I was recently asked about the best way to create Web versions of videos that are created in Windows Movie Maker. While I don't usually use Windows Movie Maker, I am familiar enough with it to make the following recommendations. This may not be the best way, but it is the way I would do it. After creating your video in Windows Movie Maker, export it as a high quality video as demonstrated in the first video below. Then follow the procedures in the Windows Media Encoder videos below to create streaming Windows Media Videos.
You can also use the Windows Media Encoder video procedures if you are using Premiere Elements to edit your videos.
